Withdrawals and Disciplinary Measure
Withdrawals
If a child has to be withdrawn from school, parents are requested to give one quarter’s (three calendar months) notice in writing or a quarter’s fee in lieu of such notice.
Transfer Certificate is not issued until all dues are settled.
A student can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
a) Disciplinary.
b) Unsatisfactory progress in work.
c) Detention for two successive years in the same class.
As a rule only those students will be retained on the roll of the school who can take the school leaving examination under 18 years of age.
Disciplinary Measure
The acts of bunking school, bunking class, damaging school property, using filthy language, fighting willfully, bullying, indulging in violent behaviour in the school bus, will lead to severe disciplinary action by the school authorities. The school while dealing will adopt the following disciplinary measures with students:
1. Reasoning for self appraisal / Counselling / Written warning
2. Suspension
3. Expulsion
